DAN Tracker is a daily symptom log for people living with diabetic autonomic neuropathy. Log lying and standing blood pressure, dizziness, nerve pain, stomach and bladder symptoms, blood sugar, and medications. See charts, print a doctor summary, and keep a backup file.
Your privacy: entries stay only in this browser on your phone. Nothing is uploaded. Clearing browser data or uninstalling erases them — use Export → Download backup regularly.
On Android Chrome: open the app, tap the menu, then Add to Home screen / Install app. On iPhone Safari: Share → Add to Home Screen.
